Worked with a consulting firm specialized in the design and development of digital products.
Design of the Connected Client Space & Middle Office Platform for Corum
- Led the design of new features for the client-facing connected space, focusing on self-care capabilities and reducing dependency on support for key investment management actions.
- Drove the end-to-end design of the internal middle office tool, from requirements gathering and workshop facilitation to delivery, with a focus on improving operational execution speed for Corum's teams.
- Collaborated closely with Product and Engineering in an agile environment to ensure alignment between user needs, business constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Contributed to the evolution of the design system, transitioning the DSM toward an AI-assisted component production workflow to improve design team efficiency and output consistency.
Design of the New Operational Tool for Homebox Agents Across Europe:
- Led the design of a comprehensive internal platform covering all operational aspects of Homebox's business.
- Supported the implementation of key customer management features, including quotes, bookings, contracts, invoicing, payments, and messaging.
- Conducted user interviews and usability tests with staff across the Homebox network to validate and iterate on solutions.
- Worked closely with the Product Manager and development team in an agile environment to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Design of an Ecosystem Platform for Exaion an EDF's startup
- Worked on the design of a unified platform bringing together Exaion's core services — blockchain infrastructure, cloud computing, and data center operations.
- The platform aimed to centralize access, streamline user experience, and reflect the technological coherence of Exaion's offering.
